pycnogenol - a wonderful suprise
« on: October 13, 2015, 05:26:23 PM »
Have been using pycnogenol to help bring morning erections back. Stuff works like a charm when stacked with l-arginine. I can't quite put my finger on if this stuff is impacting my mood but overall mood seems to be greatly increased. Found this study http://www.hindawi.com/journals/bmri/2014/942927/ and I am not sure if this is placebo yet but this stuff might be really helping my BPD tendencies. I have also noticed I have been sleeping MUCH better to the point I am at 7-8+ hours no problem whilst usually I get around or under 6 hours.

So...pycnogenol great stuff so far. Certainly has helped libido and would put on par with Cialis as far as improved erection quality. I will share some more experiences with pycnogenol as I go on with it. The stuff is fairly expensive but I will be keeping it in my stack for the time being

Interesting, I had heard the name pycnogenol but wasn't at all familiar with it. I'm always interested in something that either helps recovery from stress related depression/mood imbalance or cognitive deficit or, like the adaptogens, can help me "roll with the punches" so to speak.

Other than aphrodisiac and mood brightening are there any other noticable effects. You said you got better sleep, did it make you drowsy or just easier to fall asleep and get consistent, quality rest once you had?

the mood and sleep effects were most likely placebo. i still use this stuff for circulation and it works fine. pycnogenol is a little pricey though
