Hi,

Which choline source would you recommend I take with Noopept? Citicoline or Alpha GPC?

Thanks much.

For the most part citicoline and alpha should be about equal as choline sources if you're needing to supplement with noopept. Remember recommended dose of noopept is 10 mg up to 3 times a day and it's best to cycle off a few days a week. The biggest difference really is in price and dosage. Average dosage of citicoline may be a bit higher but Alpha GPC is a bit more expensive, so once again it may come down to personal preference. You may want to try both and see which works best for you.

Peak Nootropics offers both in encapsulated form for easy storage and measurement if you're interested you can find them here:

As i have read citicoline is a safer option as Alpha GPC is more ''hormonal'' so there is a potential it can cause you some imbalances. Ok, the chances of that are minimal, but if you are trying nootropics for the first time why not try the safer and cheaper option?

At least that's how i chose between them :)
