Does anyone here add adaptogens to their nootropic regimen? If so, what are your favorites? Ashwagandha and maca are personal favorites of ours...

Hey GFE, I'm definitely a fan of adaptogens. Some of my favorite are the Amazonian and Asian adaptogens as well as good ol' Siberian Ginseng. Definitely a fan of Ashwagandha and maca as well. I need the energy boost, but some stimulating herbs and things make me jittery. The adaptogens generally don't. The added immunostimulant effect and increased ability to deal with environmental stress is a bonus I sure enjoy as well...

Harris96, what are your favorite adaptogens? I'm a big fan of Ashwagandha (Indian ginseng) and also enjoy a lot of Amazonian adaptogens like maca and muira puama.
