Hello, I wanted to ask about an order I made.  I made the following order a couple of weeks ago and see it hasn't shipped yet.  Can you tell me why this is?  I have tried asking via email the site and by calling the shipping #, but haven't heard back.  Thanks.

Thank you Philip.  I received a message and an email Tuesday from whoever ships out the products saying they would ship it express and that I should expect it Wednesday or Thursday, and even that they would add an extra product for my inconvenience, but on the PeakNootropics website, it STILL says the order is processing and that it has not shipped.  I am unsure of what else to do.  I would really like the product, but if they are not going to send it, I would like a refund.
